A Message from Our President and CEO. Friday, July 31, 2009

Dear Industry Friends and Colleagues,

As a freelance professional working in the entertainment industry, I found myself frustrated that standard payrolling companies proved themselves unable to understand the unique needs of our industry. As you all know, it has become increasingly difficult for both freelancers and corporate clients to affordably satisfy the ever more stringent liability, workman’s compensation, and accident insurance requirements for the venues in which we work. I started Stage Call, Inc. to alleviate these frustrations. Since its inception in November 2000, Stage Call, Inc. has grown rapidly, and we are looking forward to an even busier year this year.

At Stage Call, Inc. we understand the needs of industrial, installation, one-off, and business meeting markets, as well as long-running events. We always provide our clients the opportunity to custom tailor our services to fit the distinct needs of each show.

If you require additional services, we’d love the opportunity to show you how our staff can save you money. We can provide the entire package, supplying expert personnel whose goal is to make the show load-in, run, and strike as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Stage Call is committed to providing a surprise-free solution. The client need only write one check.

Here at Stage Call, Inc., we pride ourselves in giving each customer personal, efficient, and friendly service at an affordable price. We welcome new clients and invite you to take advantage of any or all of our services. As our company motto states: “Call us; then relax.”

We look forward to serving you.

Sincerely,

Christopher Szabo
President & CEO
Stage Call, Inc.
